privind promovarea agroturismului si valorificarea patrimoniului rural prin programul „Viața la fară”

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Capitolul I — Dispoziții generale

Art. 1. — Prin prezenta lege se înființează Programul național „Viața la țară” care

are ca obiectiv promovarea și valorificarea patrimoniului cultural, tradițional și natural din mediul rural prin sprijinirea gospodăriilor țărănești să prezinte activități rurale din propria gospodărie.

Art. 2. (1) Participarea gospodăriilor rurale în cadrul Programului național ,, Viața la

fară” se realizează pe baza declarației de înregistrare depusă la primărie și a

Certificatului de producător de activități rurale emis de primărie.

(2) Declarația de înregistrare cuprind
