Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

CAPITOLUL X

Dispoziții generale

Art, X. — Prezenta lege instituie unele măsuri fiscal-bugetare, precum și măsuri pentru modificarea și completarea unor acte normative, în scopul consolidării sustenabilitatii finanțelor publice, al îmbunătățirii administrării creanțelor fiscale și al asigurării cadrului legal necesar îndeplinirii unor obligații asumate de România la nivel național și european.
