Art. 1.(1) Prezenta lege instituie o schemă de ajutor de stat pentru susținerea

activității crescătorilor din sectorul suin, desfășurată în perioada 1 martie-31 decembrie 2026, în contextul crizei din Orientul Mijlociu, valabilă până la data de 31 decembrie 2026, denumită în continuare Schemă, în scopul compensării parțiale a pierderilor generate de creșterea costurilor combustibililor.

(2) Schema respectă prevederile secțiunii 2.1 - Sprijinirea temporară a prețurilor pentru întreprinderile care își desfășoară activitatea în
