Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Art. |. - Legea nr. 122/2023 privind exploatatiile de creștere a porcinelor și combaterea pestei porcine africane în România, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea |, nr. 421 din 16 mai 2023, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, se modifică și se completează după cum urmează:

1. La articolul 3 alineatul (1), litera p) se abrogă.

2. Articolul 6 se modifică și va avea următorul cuprins:
