Articol unic — După articolul 364! din Ordonanța de urgență a Guvernului nr. 57/2019 privind Codul administrativ, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 555 din

5 iulie 2019, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, se introduce un nou articol, articolul

3642, cu următorul cuprins:

„Art. 3642. — Tranzacțiile

(1) Tranzacțiile încheiate de către stat se aprobă prin:

a) hotărâre a Guvernului, pentru tranzacțiile care au ca obiect drepturi și obligații asupra unor bunuri imobile proprietate privată a statului;

b) hotărâre a Guvernului, pentru tranzacț
