Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege

Articol unic. - La articolul 291 alineatul (2) din Legea nr. 227/2015 privind

Codul Fiscal publicată în Monitorul Oficial, Partea I, nr. 688 din 10 septembrie

2015, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, după litera n), se introduce o nouă literă, lit. o), cu următorul cuprins:

„0) livrarea de turte proteice, siropuri pe bază de zahăr sau amestecuri al căror conținut total de zahăr este mai mare de 109/1009, destinate consumului

albinelor.”

Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea

prevederilor art. 75 și ale art. 76 alin. (1) din Co
