Art. |. — Capitolul XI Indemnizatia pentru limită de vârstă, conținând articolele 49 și 50, din

Legea nr. 96/2006 privind Statutul deputaților și al senatorilor, republicată în Monitorul

Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 49 din 22 ianuarie 2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, se abrogă.

Art. ÎI. - De la data intrării în vigoare a prezentei legi încetează plata indemnizațiilor pentru limită de vârstă acordate în baza prevederilor art. 49 din Legea nr. 96/2006 privind Statutul deputaților și al senatorilor, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 49 din
