Statutul deputaților și al senatorilor

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Articol unie — Legea nr. 96/2006 privind Statutul deputaților și al senatorilor, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 49 din 22 ianuarie 2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, se modifică și se completează după cum urmează:

L Art.18 se modifică și va avea următorul cuprins:

"Art. 18

Interdictii

(1) Este interzisă folosirea numelui însoțit de calitatea de deputat sau de senator în orice acțiune publicitară privitoare la orice societate reglementată de Legea nr. 31/1990, republicată, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, financiară ori indu
