privind eficientizarea activității unor autorități administrative autonome
Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege
Art. I - (1) Până la data de 30 octombrie 2025 conducerile executive ale
Autorității Naționale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei, Autorității de
Supraveghere Financiară și Autorității Naționale pentru Administrare si
Reglementare în Comunicații vor prezenta în cadrul Comisiilor parlamentare de buget-finante reunite un raport care să prevadă o nouă organigramă a autorităților, respectând prevederile stabilite la alin. (2) — (6), precum și o notă de informare către Guvern.
(2) Aprobarea noilor organigrame ale instituțiilor prevăzute la alin. (1) se realizează cu reducerea a 10% a posturilor de specialitate și de 30%
