Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege:
CAPITOLUL I
Dispoziții generale
SECȚIUNEA 1
Dispoziții generale referitoare la bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat și
bugetul asigurărilor pentru șomaj pe anul 2026
Art. 1. — Prezenta lege prevede și autorizează pentru anul bugetar 2026
veniturile pe capitole și subcapitole și cheltuielile pe destinații pentru bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat, bugetul asigurărilor pentru șomaj, sinteza bugetelor instituțiilor publice finanțate parțial din venituri proprii, precum și reglementări
specifice exercițiului bugetar al anului 2026.
