The President's decrees

The decrees signed by the President of Romania since 1990, from the legislative portal's catalog (legislatie.just.ro): number, date, title, the Official Gazette that published it and who signed it. We work out each decree's type from its title; what we do not recognise stays "Other". We do not copy the decrees' text, because some name private persons who were decorated.

Who signed

Names come from the signature at the end of the decree. When we have not read a decree's text, we give it the signer of the decrees before and after it, if that is the same person. Dates are those of the first and last decree each one signed.
