pentru modificarea și completarea Legii nr. 72/2016 privind sistemul

de pensii și alte drepturi de asigurări sociale ale avocaților

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Articol unic - Legea nr. 72/2016 privind sistemul de pensii și alte drepturi de asigurări sociale ale avocaților, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, partea | nr. 342 din 5 mai 2016, cu completările ulterioare, se modifică și se completează după cum urmează:

1. La articolul 37, alineatele (1) și (4) se modifică și vor avea următorul cuprins:

(1) Pensia anticipată se cuvine, cu cel mult 5 ani înaintea împlinirii vârstei standard de pensionare, asiguraților care au realizat stagiul complet de cotizare numai în profesia de avocat.
