privind sprijinul financiar acordat de către statul român

Mitropoliei Basarabiei, Republica Moldova, parte componentă a

Bisericii Ortodoxe Române

Art. 1. — Anual se alocă de la bugetul de stat, prin bugetul

Secretariatul de Stat pentru Culte, o sumă în lei, echivalentă cu 2

- milioane euro, pentru Mitropolia Basarabiei, Republica Moldova, parte componentă a Bisericii Ortodoxe Române.

Art. 2. (1) — Suma alocată potrivit art. 1 se prevede distinct în

bugetul Secretariatului General al Guvernului, respectiv Secretariatului de Stat pentru Culte și se acordă ca sprijin financiar Mitropoliei

Basarabiei, Republica Moldova.

(2) Destinatiile sumei prevăzute la art. 1 se stabilesc de

Administrația Patriarhală și Mitropolia Basarabiei prin Arhiepiscopia

Chișinăului.
