Articol unic. - Articolul 437 din Legea nr. 286/2009 privind Codul penal, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, publicată în Monitorul Oficial 510 din

24 iulie 2009, se modifică și se completează, având cu următorul cuprins:

„Art. 437: Folosirea emblemei „Crucea Roșie”

(1) Folosirea, fără drept, în timp de pace a emblemei sau a denumirii Crucii
