pentru completarea Legii nr.51/1991 privind securitatea națională a României

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta Lege:

Articol unic - Legea nr. 51/1991 privind securitatea națională a României, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea |, nr. 190 din 18 martie

2014, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, se completează după cum urmează:

1. La articolul 13 după litera e) se introduce o nouă literă (e') cu următorul cuprins:

"(e') să creeze, dezvolte, administreze și utilizeze baze de date, sisteme informatice și de comunicații, precum și aplicații și alte resurse în mediul on-line”.

2. După articolul 23 se introduc opt noi articole, art. 23" — art. 23% cu următorul cuprins:

"Art. 23! - (1) Pentru asigurarea securită
